Effective immediately we are discontinuing our Mortgage Lead Program indefinitely for the following reasons:

• Response ratios on Mortgage Lead mailings country wide has been disappointing, to say the least, not only with our program but with other companies that use a similar system.
   

• With the current economic downturn our country is experiencing there are fewer people to mail to.
   

• Increased competition has led potential clients not to respond because they are receiving numerous solicitations that look alike and are tired of receiving them.

We at New Mortgage Associates have always put our agents first and want to offer them the opportunity to participate in a profitable lead program. We constantly try to stay on top of the industry by employing lead systems that work for both our agents and our potential clients.

 Currently we are refocusing our attention and efforts on the following lead sources.

• Final Expense Leads (Mailed Lead System)

• Internet Generated Life Insurance Leads

These two specific areas have proven to be successful with many of our agents.

We will be able to support you in these two areas by assisting you in targeting the appropriate demographics for your lead purchases and with training on how to work these systems effectively.

Purchasing of our leads is not a prerequisite to contracting with us. We can offer you competitive contracts with many top carries who offer a full spectrum of products to suit your client’s needs. If you are utilizing a lead system that works for you but are unhappy with your contract level or need additional products, contact us and we may be able to help you.
